In unit 3 I evaluated myself and gave myself the following scores:
Physical well-being at a 5-6 Spiritual well-being at a 7 Psychological well-being at a 4
Now at the end of this course I would have to say that I still rate at a 5 - 6 physically because I haven't been able to implement my action plan to develop more physically. My spiritual well-being is more at an 8 - 9 now because I have been able to meditate on a regular basis and have been able to change my inner feelings by changing my outer behavior. My psychological well-being is at a 5 because I have been able to verbally forgive those who have affected me emotionally, but I am still working on mentally forgiving them.
If nothing else, this course has taught me to be more patient with myself and others, to take one day at a time and to not focus on the negatives, but to focus on the positives. I will be able to continue to grow and improve my overall well-being now that I have the knowledge to do so.
It has been a pleasure being in class with everyone here and I wish all of you full growth in all aspects.

Personal Inventory
I want to let everyone know how sorry I am that I have been unable to post for awhile, but I'm trying to catch up with what I have missed.
After carefully evaluating and reflecting on myself, I have
concluded that I can rate my physical well-being at a 5-6. I came to this conclusion because I’m not
physically in shape, but I am healthy (according to my doctor). I am working on becoming more physically fit
by eating healthier, trying to get more sleep, and trying to take better care
of myself in general. I rate my
spiritual well-being at a 7 because I am fully aware of what I believe and I am
at peace with myself and beliefs. Every day
I try to learn something new and accept others for who they are. I am still working on strengthening my psychological
well-being, so I rate this at a 4. There
are a lot of things that I do every day to help with my psychological healing
and will continue to do so.
I am unable to listen to the relaxation exercise, “The crime
of the century”. I wish that I could
share with you what my experience with this exercise is, but as soon as I get
the technical issues out of the way, I will post my experience at that
time.

First Journey on Relaxation
Hello Everyone!! Blogging is completely new to me so I hope you enjoy going on this journey with me. So, I just listened to my very first ever relaxation audio track. I have listened to soothing sounds, for instance running water or my personal favorite, the ocean, but I have never listened to someone talking in a soothing voice helping you to relax. With that being said, I listened to an exercise on "Journey On relaxation." Being a full time student, working full time, and being a single mother of two doesn't leave you much time to just sit back and relax. I couldn't wait to lay back and let the speaker lull me into a relaxed state. I was actually a little surprised that it worked as well as it did. I know that power of suggestion can be very strong, but I still had my doubts. It did help however that my daughters were spending the night at their father's and I didn't have a lot of background noise to distract me!!! After completing the exercise, I felt a little more energized and focused. I really believe that I will enjoy this new journey and take away a lot of techniques that will benefit me for years to come.
